NEW CLIENT APPOINTMENTS
New patients must arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to complete any paperwork.
CANCELLATION
Patients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 fee will be charged to no show appointments or cancellations made after the 24 hour cancellation period.
REFUND
We do not offer refunds on services rendered or skincare retail. Results may vary from person to person and the outcome cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve further results. We do not offer cash refunds on any services purchased and not yet rendered however we will offer credit towards other services.
Consultations are $50 for a 30 minute appointment. The consultation fee is non refundable but may be applied towards your next scheduled treatment.
